What tasks are waiting for you?
Supporting the local Legal Manager and members of the CATL Legal Team;
Shadowing of the Legal Manager to meetings to understand the role of inhouse legal counsel;
Be able to plan and complete projects including the ability to identify and solve issues by applying professional standards required of a legal professional;
Assistance with contract negotiation and drafting agreements;
Updating agreement templates and identifying process improvements;
Research of law relevant to matters being handled by the Legal Team;
Taking of minutes at meetings and ensuring files are updated as matters are working on by the members of the Legal T...
