Job Summary:
Inspiria Knowledge Campus is seeking an experienced and self-driven Legal Executive to oversee all legal and compliance matters within the institution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate law , a practical understanding of the POSH Act , and the ability to manage legal operations independently, ensuring full compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: BA LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Corporate Law, legal compliance, or an in-house counsel role.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate and labour laws, and working familiarity with the POSH Act.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities.
