You’ll make a difference by
- Providing strategic legal advice to business units and corporate functions, delivering practical and commercially focused guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting complex commercial transactions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including NDAs, MoUs, supply and service contracts, framework agreements, tender documents, and consortium agreements.
- Advising on bids and project execution to help manage legal risks and enable successful delivery of commercial opportunities.
