The Company
Our client is an insurer which provides both life and general insurance, who is looking for legal counsel for 6-month contract to support daily operations.
The Role
- Draft and review contracts including commercial agreements, partnerships and intermediary agreements, reinsurance treaties, service agreements with vendors
- Draft insurance policy provisions and review relevant marketing materials and application forms, work with various departments in the product development cycle
- Provide legal support to all distribution channels
- Assist with complaints handling including providing advice on written reply to customers and regulators
- Ensure delivery of sound legal advice in compliance with laws, regulations and policies
