We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team in India. This role is crucial for supporting the legal needs of our India operations, including commercial contract management, corporate governance, privacy compliance, and employment law. The successful candidate will also collaborate with our global legal teams to ensure legal alignment across geographies and contribute to legal support for our U.S. operations. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, and service-level contracts. Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with Indian corporate laws and regulations. Support privacy and data protection initiatives, including compliance with India s DPDP Act and international frameworks such as GDPR.
