Key Responsibilities:
- Review commercial agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws
- Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, replies, and correspondence
- Support due diligence exercises by reviewing documentation and flagging discrepancies or missing information
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and recent amendments
- Assist in tracking compliance timelines and maintaining organized records of contracts and legal correspondence
- Coordinate with external teams, vendors, or authorities as needed to gather information or follow up on pending matters
- Support the team in preparing assessment reports and presentations for internal review
