We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to provide primarily litigation support at our southside location. Exceptional customer service is required in all interactions in a positive and professional manner. Primary Areas of Practice
- Litigation
- Corporate / Business Law – some experience would be an asset
- Commercial & Residential Real Estate – some experience would be an asset
Legal Support Responsibilities
Litigation Support
- Assist with drafting court forms and organizing court materials, Affidavit of Records (AOD), etc.
- Manage timelines for court filings and assist with file management for hearings and trials
