Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support their team on a full-time basis in Nedlands. This role will suit someone who has previously worked in a legal practice and is confident stepping into a busy support position where priorities can shift and no two days are quite the same.
Working closely with lawyers across Commercial Litigation and Family Law, you will provide hands-on legal secretarial and PA support, assisting with overflow work and helping the team stay on top of day-to-day demands. This is an immediate need, with the potential for the role to become more permanent as staffing requirements are reviewed over the coming weeks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing general legal secretarial support to lawyers across Commercial Litigation and Family Law
- Undertaking dictaphone typing and preparing legal documentation and correspondence
