Job Description
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal notices.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Handle employment and labour law matters, including HR policies and disputes.
- Advise on litigation strategy and coordinate with external law firms where required.
- Support debt recovery, commercial disputes, and risk management.
- Assist with company formation, licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance.
- Protect the company's legal interests across all business units.
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders when necessary
