Job Summary

As part of HBX Legal's Litigation & Insurance team, you will manage disputes and claims across jurisdictions, coordinate external counsel, and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and deliver efficient outcomes within a collaborative, team‑based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and pre‑litigation matters, ensuring consistent strategy, escalation, and communication.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, legal notices, and dispute‑related documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee external counsel and advisors, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
• Lead insurance claims handling, including notifications, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
