About the role
The Leasing Executive will assist in sourcing of locations for the company including sourcing for new locations internationally in addition to the responsibilities to expand the business with the company's branding.
Key responsibilities
Identifying and securing new location, identifying market segments and prospects of each brands
Liaising with property agents, as well as lease management and negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters
Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
Responsible for preparing and checking of lease documents
Maintain databases, prepare leasing reports, updating rent roll and market trends on a monthly basis
Manage existing and new sites to ensure our requirements are met in supporting business growth
