The right candidate will be a team player who is well organized with excellent follow-up and oral and written communication skills with a proactive mindset. Familiarity with commercial retail lease agreements and/or paralegal experience a plus.
Responsibilities will include:
Screening deals submitted before Regional VP review/approval, including following up on rejected deals to ensure timely action
Following up on open approvals to ensure timely action
Validating all opportunities before execution, including following up on open items to ensure timely action
Manage Quarter End (QE) worksheet and Estimated Lease Execution Dates in Salesforce to ensure efficient and timely deal flow and up-to-date estimates
