Job Description
Coordinate all leasing activities, including handling property inquiries, scheduling viewings, and assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and property owners through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure excellent customer service and smooth coordination.
Prepare, review, and manage leasing documents, tenancy contracts, agreements, and related paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Maintain updated property records, tenant databases, leasing files, and regular leasing reports for management review.
Arrange and coordinate property viewings for commercial properties, labor camps, warehouses, shops, and other real estate units, while conducting timely follow-ups with interested clients.
