Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Leasing Broker to join our residential real estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating leasing opportunities, advising landlords and tenants, and closing commercial leasing transactions across a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage commercial leasing opportunities across office, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct property viewings and present leasing options aligned with client requirements.
- Negotiate lease terms and successfully close transactions.
- Achieve and exceed individual leasing targets.
- Maintain accurate records and leasing activity within the CRM system.
