We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a large, professionally managed multifamily community in Austin, Texas. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, providing exceptional resident experiences, and supporting daily leasing and administrative operations for a 65-unit property. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service. Work schedule will be from Friday thru Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
Effectively present apartment homes, amenities, and community features to close leases and meet occupancy goals
