Role Overview
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in managing a residential portfolio, with a primary focus on leasing activities and property inspections . This role ensures strong occupancy levels, maintains property standards, and delivers high-quality service to tenants and owners. The role also supports maintenance coordination and operational tasks as required.
Leasing & Tenant Management (Primary Focus)
- Manage full leasing cycle including inquiries, showings, application processing, and lease execution
- Respond to tenant and prospect inquiries promptly and professionally
- Qualify applicants and coordinate screening and approvals
- Prepare lease agreements and documentation
- Negotiate lease terms within company guidelines
- Coordinate move-ins and deliver tenant onboarding packages
