The Lease Operator Manager is responsible for administering the commercial agreements between KAG Canada and Independent Contactors (Lease Operators), supporting operational alignment while respecting each operator’s autonomy over their own business. This role includes contract relationship management, operator engagement and onboarding, equipment coordination, dispatch support, resource planning, and serving as the primary point of contact for resolving related contractual and operational matters.
