These programmes aim to support adults, parents, carers, and children in enhancing their skills, confidence, and aspirations. The role is crucial in engaging learners through innovative and inclusive teaching methods, promoting positive parent-child interactions, and supporting progression into further learning opportunities. The tutor will contribute to achieving service targets, meeting funding requirements, and maintaining quality standards.
