Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Autism at a welcoming and supportive school in Worthing.

This role involves providing tailored support to a non-verbal child with Autism, helping them access learning, develop communication strategies, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.
