New Directions Education are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in primary schools across Chester and surrounding areas from September onwards. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within a positive and inclusive school environment.
The schools we work with are welcoming and supportive, offering opportunities to gain experience across a range of year groups and classroom settings.
Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
