Learning Support Assistant – Highgate Primary School (Bradgate Education Partnership) – Fixed term until 22 August 2027

Hours: 27.5 per week (term time plus inset – 39 weeks per year). Salary: £16,024 – £16,278. Start date: 24 August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Children Support: Provide one‑on‑one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential. This may include working with SEN children delivering bespoke learning activities.
• Behaviour Management: Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report on children’s progress, working closely with teachers to adapt support strategies as needed.

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within a primary school. Other experience will be considered.
