Roles & Responsibilities
- Support for Pupils: Assist individual pupils or small groups to understand and complete learning activities.
- Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.
- Help pupils develop social skills, independence, and confidence.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help manage challenging behaviour following school policies.
