We’re working with warm, welcoming schools across Merton, Mitcham, Wimbledon , and beyond, helping them find Learning Support Assistants who bring calm, care, and consistency to every day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs (SEND, SEMH, EAL)
• Helping learners stay engaged and access lessons in a way that works for them
• Creating safe, structured routines that build trust and confidence
• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to keep every child progressing

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools or beyond)
