What you’ll do 

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs (ALN) 
  • Assist the class teacher with learning activities, behaviour support, and differentiated tasks 
  • Promote inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour in line with school policies 
  • Prepare resources, support with assessments/observations, and contribute to classroom routines 
  • Foster pupils’ social, emotional, and communication skills
