We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly and supportive Key Stage 2 team at a welcoming primary school in Llantwit Major. This is a full-time role running until the end of the academic year in July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and small group support to pupils within a KS2 classroom setting

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

Support pupils’ learning, development, and emotional well-being
