We’re currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Lutterworth and surrounding areas, supporting pupils who require additional help to access learning and achieve their potential.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, develop independence, and engage positively in the classroom. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the school.

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or within a similar support-based role
  • Are patient, encouraging, and reliable
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with children and young people
