Learning Support Assistant
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Ready to join a school that actually values its support staff? A friendly secondary school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work across KS3 and KS4, helping students who need extra boosts in core subjects and confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting students in class and during independent tasks
Helping with literacy, numeracy, and study skills
Working alongside teachers to adapt learning where needed
Being that reliable, calm presence students can count on
What the school is looking for:
Someone supportive, patient, and organised
A great communicator who knows how to motivate teenagers
Experience in education or youth work is helpful, but not essential
