Job Description
We’re hiring a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students across SEND and mainstream classrooms in a college setting.
Key Duties
1:1 & small group SEND support, Assist with lessons & classroom activity Support behaviour, engagement & progress Promote an inclusive learning environment
Requirements
Experience as LSA / TA / SEND Support (desirable) Knowledge of SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties) Strong communication & teamwork Patient, flexible, and proactive
