About the role

Vision for Education is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work in an SEN School in Bromsgrove on a full-time basis. This role will be offered on a Temporary-Permanent basis for the right candidate.

Hours 0830-3.30pm Monday-Friday.

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work as part of a committed staff team.
  • You will support children in small classes, helping them to engage, progress, and thrive in a setting that values wellbeing, communication, and independence as much as academic success.
  • This role may involve working 1:1 or with small groups, particularly with pupils who have emotional regulation difficulties, communication needs, or developmental delays
