- This role will be pivotal in driving our global learning initiatives and supporting the local initiatives, to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the skills needed to excel in a rapidly evolving world and industry. You will be responsible for the planning of the strategic, global learning initiatives, how we build, roll out and how we evaluate them, together with the team. This role will be reporting to Head of Learning & Development.
