Job Description
Our client is seeking a Learning Specialist to support the execution, activation, and sustainment of enterprise‑wide learning experiences. This role plays a key part in ensuring that learning from flagship programs and strategic initiatives is translated into practical, accessible, and reusable assets that can be embedded across the organization over time.
You will also act as a key point of contact for learner support and learning operations, helping employees and leaders navigate learning pathways, systems, and resources—while staying attuned to emerging learning practices and tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus bonus (commensurate with experience)
- This is a hybrid role, expected 2-3 days on site
