About the Role: The Learning Solutions & Product Development Intern will support the design and development of innovative workforce sustainability solutions by assisting with programme design, curriculum development, learning resource creation, product documentation, implementation planning, and continuous product improvement. The role contributes to the development of practical, market-responsive learning solutions that strengthen graduate employability and organisational impact.
The internship offers practical exposure to learning solution design, product development, curriculum architecture, programme innovation, knowledge management, and implementation planning while working closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
