Job Description
Become a pivotal Learning Solutions Manager at NIIT, focusing on project deployment and stakeholder communication across Canada. Lead the development and implementation of engaging learning materials and solutions.
This role involves partnering with Learning Consultants to prioritize projects and communicate with stakeholders effectively. You will create comprehensive project plans for instructor-led training, web-based learning, and game-based solutions. The position oversees project schedules, budgets, and the performance of Level 1 PMs while contributing to solution presentations and definitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with project stakeholders and team members
• Monitor project progress and report throughout the lifecycle
• Drive improvements across projects and processes
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings and events
• Communicate updates to all relevant participants
