Learning Program Design Consultant (AI-Enabled) Role Summary Designs and delivers structured learning programs that support employee development, career growth, and business goals. Works with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs, build clear learning paths, and ensure programs lead to measurable skill and performance improvement.
