Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a Learning Mentor looking for a rewarding opportunity supporting vulnerable young people across Rochdale?
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Learning Mentors for a growing Alternative Provision service in Rochdale that works closely with both primary and secondary schools to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
These are full-time temporary positions starting in September 2026, with strong potential to become permanent.
The Role
This is a unique and rewarding Learning Mentor role that combines support within the Alternative Provision setting alongside outreach and reintegration work within mainstream schools across Rochdale.
You will build positive relationships with pupils who may be disengaged from education, experiencing SEMH difficulties, or at risk of exclusion. Once pupils are ready for reintegration, you will continue supporting them within their mainstream school placement ...
