As part of the Talent & Leader Effectiveness team, you will manage the Triangle Learning Academy, overseeing a diverse range of programs from onboarding to leadership development. Your role will involve collaborating with leaders to identify skill gaps and deliver tailored learning solutions, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
