Are you a mainstream or SEN Teaching Assistant, or experienced in adult social care who is looking for a term time role in a unique school or college setting? The Deaf Academy is recruiting for Learning Leaders to join our school or college team in September, supporting Deaf students in our academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to change the lives of Deaf students while developing your own skills - the Academy delivers in house BSL qualifications during work hours, so you can learn on the job. You will be supported and developed as part of a passionate, skilled team, who do their utmost to inspire and enable our young people to thrive. You will be supporting young people to achieve their academic ambitions but also prepare for independence.
