Job Overview

Learning Experience Leader role focuses on creating and maintaining a positive learning environment, designing, expanding, and delivering training and development programs that align with product‑specific methodologies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver end‑user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for preparatory courses before enterprise endorsement.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
• Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment.
