• Create engaging and effective instructional materials such as presentation decks, handouts, interactive modules, etc.
• Write clear, concise, and learner-friendly instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.

UX Design

• Bring content to life and translate human emotions into engaging learning experiences (regardless of the learning modality).
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
• Create prototypes and wireframes.
• Conduct usability testing.

Content Design

• Determine the variety of content that needs to be sourced based on identified learners’ needs.
• Upload accurate documents and/or source files to the internal content library as per established guidelines.

Data Analysis

• Take part in user research in order to understand the target audience.
