Job Description

What You'll Do:

The Learning Enablement Specialist supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable learning solutions across Criteo. This role combines training delivery, digital learning design, LMS administration, and learning provider coordination to help strengthen our in-house capability and improve the learner experience across the business. This is a fixed-term contract for 8months (maternity cover)

Your tasks will include (but are not limited to) :

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of global programs, ensuring a high-quality learner experience from planning through facilitation and follow-up.
  • Facilitate manager development workshops, mentoring, coaching and learning experiences across global cohorts.
  • Manage LMS administration, user access, onboarding, platform maintenance, reporting, and learning data quality.
