Role: Learning & Development Officer (UAE National)

Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage Learning & Development programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop annual learning plans to support employee capability building.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement actions.
