Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing the e-learning platform and its user experience; collect user feedback and communicate functional specifications with the vendors for improvement
  • Act as the administrator of the e-learning platform to provide end-user support and guidance for internal parties
  • Liaise with design vendors to manage and update training materials on the e-learning platform in different formats, such as video and photo
  • Explore and coordinate in launching new social learning platforms for facilitating the proactive learning environment
  • Coordinate and deliver the soft skills training program, new employee orientation and handle related administration for the training events
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
