About the role

We are seeking undergraduate students for a summer Internship as part of the Intern Program at Smith+N, focused on Learning & Development. The Internship supports employee training programs, content development, and process automation, providing experience in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination – coordinate implementation and management of employee training programs by scheduling, communicating with trainers and trainees, handling logistical arrangements, tracking progress, and preparing regular reports.
• Trainer and Content Development – collaborate with subject‑matter experts and trainers to design and develop training materials that are clear, engaging and aligned with company standards.
