As a Learning & Development Facilitator you deliver engaging and effective learning experiences across multiple delivery channels (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) that enhance employee performance and align with business objectives. You execute established training programs, ensuring consistent delivery of content, and maintaining high levels of participant engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience, preferably including jobs requiring training or facilitation
• Strong experience in facilitation
• Strong experience in stakeholder / client management
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
• B2+ oral and written English
