As we grow, weβre looking for a Talent Coordinator to support the full spectrum of our Talent Team Center of Excellence (COE). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow within HR, Talent COE, or broader people operations. As a Talent Coordinator, youβll play a critical role in supporting company talent processes through Workday administration, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of programs that span the full employee lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with HRBPs, and business leaders across the organization supporting the delivery of learning initiatives and talent programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workday & Systems Administration (75% of time)
