WorkForce Software an ADP company is hiring a **Learning Consultant**
The Learning Consultant is part of our Global Training and Education Team, which is responsible for training and enablement around the world. This role delivers technical and functional training to partners, customers, and employees at various facilities worldwide. The Learning Consultant also contributes to the maintenance and continuous improvement of training content in partnership with Instructional Designers and other training team members.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver product implementation and support training through in-person sessions at key strategic partner and WorkForce Software corporate facilities
+ Conduct effective product implementation and support training sessions in a virtual classroom setting
+ Monitor class participation and adjust delivery to support learner understanding and engagement
