Learning Business Partner

As a Learning Business Partner, you manage stakeholder relationships that culminate in the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for our learners. You partner with the assigned Strategic Talent Consultant and our deployment teams in the planning and delivery of high‑quality learning programs and activities.

The opportunity

This role is crucial in marrying the strategic learning needs of our business with the learning content for learners across EY. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps EY professionals continuously learn and develop and contributes to EY’s purpose of Building a better working world. Essentially, the role covers the following scope:

• Partner with Strategic Talent consultants and Service Line Learning Business Partners to manage Service Line (SL) stakeholder relationships at the Asean level to drive one consistent curricula.
