The Instructional Designer translates the Integrated Management System into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences that support successful adoption across the organization. Working closely with Element Owners, Management Systems Specialists, and Change Management teams, this role develops training solutions that build employee capability, reinforce expected behaviors, and help employees successfully implement and sustain the management system.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy — Build learning strategies and role-based pathways across Corporate, Upstream, Downstream, Manufacturing, Retail, and Functional teams.
- Learning Design — Design instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning solutions, plus job aids, facilitator guides, workbooks, videos, and scenario-based simulations.
