Job Description
Purpose of the role
Drive the overall capability building of our people in Ocean Operationsthroughout their employee journey - from onboarding to professional development ā while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This position requires close collaboration with the global L&D community, business leaders and People Solutions.
Responsible
ā¢Develop and execute the L&D strategy and roadmap in line with the organizationās strategic objectives.ā¢Ensure onboarding program is working across areasā¢Conduct assessments and analyses to define skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and organization-wide capability improvementā¢Design and develop programs and learning journey packages, in partnership with the global L&D community, internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined objectives. ā¢Implement various L&D methods (e.g. coaching, digital training...
