Learning and Development Intern

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or a related field
• Fresh graduate with max. 1 year of experience in the related field
• Skilled in public speaking and learning program design, familiar with digital learning platforms (LMS), and have strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be located in South Jakarta (Gatot Subroto)

Job Description:

• Design and develop a learning curriculum and syllabus
• Create engaging and effective learning methods
• Implement technology-based learning solutions (LMS) to improve learning quality
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing training programs
• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with users
• Assist in basic photo and video editing for learning content
